If you are paying from within Nepal, you can pay with any SCT debit card through nPay, with a VISA credit card, an e-commerce enabled VISA debit card, with IME Pay or through online banking channels supported by nPay.
If you are paying from outside of Nepal, you can use your VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards.
If you are using an international credit card, your bank may have stopped your payment from going through to a site in Nepal. You will need to contact your bank and instruct them to let the payment request go through.

According to Nepali law, Nepali fares are applicable to Nepali and Indian nationals in Nepali Rupees. Residents of all other countries are required to pay in USD.
Residential fares are applicable to foreign nationals who have been in Nepal for at least 6 months before the flight date on a non-tourist work visa. Foreign Cockpit Crew flying different aircraft in Nepal will also be facilitated with this type of fare.

Child fare is applicable to passengers between 2 – 12 years of age. Child fare gives a discount of 33% on the highest fare on fare only. (The total ticket price is calculated as Fare + Fuel Surcharge (FSC) + Passenger Service Charge (PSC). The child discount is given only on Fare, the FSC and PSC remains the same.
When you search for tickets, lower priced tickets may be cheaper than a full ticket with child discount.
Infants are classified as children between 1 day – 2 years. You cannot book tickets for infants online, infant ticket bookings are done only in the airport check in counter. Infants will not be assigned seats and will have to travel in an adult's lap. Only 10% of the full fare is charged for infants. Please make sure you bring proof of age for infant tickets.
The airlines offer different fares in the same flight based on facilities offered in the fare and the demand for tickets in that particular flight. For example, Buddha Air has different fares classified as Y, A, B, C, D & E Class. Y Class tickets are the most expensive, has the highest free baggage allowance (25 kgs) and carries only a 10% cancellation charge. On the other hand, E Class tickets are non-refundable and only allow 15 kgs of free baggage. Similarly, other airlines follow different rules for cancellations, refunds and baggage.

We do not have an option of entering the frequent flier number at the time of booking domestic flights. However, we can certainly pass on your frequent flier number to the airline. Just call us as soon as you book your ticket and tell us your trip id and your frequent flier number.
Some airlines don't allow us to book more than 4 passengers (adult + children) in one go, so try to search for fewer passengers.

We will process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and bank, this may take between 4 to 14 working days to process.
Airlines may cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, air traffic congestion, technical issues or other reasons.
If your flight does not take off within one hour of scheduled flight time, you can claim a full refund of the ticket amount. To do this, you will have to be at the airport and ask the airlines counter to mark your ticket as refunded.
To claim the refund, you will need to send us an email of your ticket with the airline’s refunded stamp. We will process the refund within 4 to 14 working days.
If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. Please send an email to customersupport@fantasticnepal.com along with your Txn ID and if you mention that your flight was cancelled, we will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying the same with the airline.

We will follow up for refunds with the airline.As soon as the airline refunds us, we will reverse your refund amount to the mode of payment that was used while booking.
An amendment is a fancy word for a change in your travel plan. You can change the date or time (or both) of your travel; you cannot, however, change the sector(s) on which you're already booked. For example, if you're booked on a flight from Kathmandu to Biratnagar, you cannot change your destination to Pokhara.
Please note that airline changes are not allowed in case of amendments. However, you can cancel your existing reservation and re-book a different airline of your choice online.

All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Fly Hanuman charges an amendment handling fee of NRP 250 per passenger.
